These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ksa.autosheen.shop ("the Store") and the purchase of any AutoSheen products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to purchase from this Store.

2. Ordering & Cash on Delivery

  • All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery at the time the courier delivers your package.
  • By submitting an order, you commit to receiving and paying for the order at the address you confirm by phone.
  • Our team will contact you by phone within minutes to confirm your order and delivery address. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
  • Order confirmation by phone is required. Until our team confirms, the order is provisional.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and adjust prices. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and cancel that line at no cost to you.

4. Delivery

Delivery details are in our Shipping Policy. AutoSheen ships only within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Product Use

AutoSheen products are intended for vehicle exterior care. Follow the instructions on each product label. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children. AutoSheen is not liable for damages arising from product misuse or use contrary to the instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Store — including logos, product images, copy, and design — is the property of AutoSheen and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, AutoSheen's liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
