At AutoSheen, we stand behind every product we ship. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.

7-Day Return Window

You may return any unopened product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and resaleable.

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@autosheen.shop within 7 days of receiving your order with your name, phone, and order details.
2. Our team will arrange a pickup from your address at no cost.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Refund Method

Because we accept Cash on Delivery only, refunds are issued via bank transfer to an account in your name. We will request your IBAN at the time of return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items damaged through misuse
• Items returned after the 7-day window
