Where We Ship

AutoSheen ships across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — all major cities and regions including Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, Medina, Dammam, Al Khobar, Tabuk, Abha, and beyond.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in KSA. No minimum order value required.

Delivery Time

Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar: 1–3 business days
Other cities: 2–5 business days
Remote areas: Up to 7 business days

Delivery times start once our team has confirmed your order by phone.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, our team will call you within minutes to confirm your name, address, and delivery time. If we can't reach you within 48 hours, the order will be paused. You can always call us back at the number our team uses.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier directly when the package arrives — no upfront payment, no card details required. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier calls.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS with the courier's name and a tracking reference. You can also reach our team at support@autosheen.shop for help locating your order.

Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot reach you on the day of delivery, they will attempt again the next business day. After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.
